Services and Prices

• Consultation fee - £40 - Charged at every visit (trim applied where necessary)
• Clean Trax soaking two feet- £60 - Clean Trax solution included
• Clean Trax soaking all four feet - £120 – Clean Trax solution included (Please allow 3hrs)
• Clean Trax boot hire - £25 per week (£20 refunded if boots are returned in the same condition)
• PHW application - £65 – includes 1 PHW standard kit (please note that a consultation fee will apply in addition to this service)

Mileage Charge - Calculated from PE14 7QL

The mileage that I charge is a contribution to the cost of my fuel and is considerably less than the actual amount used

• Free of charge mileage for 3 or more horses trimmed at the same yard at the same time
• Mileage sharing - if I am visiting multiple yards within close proximity I will always try and share the mileage where possible. Please note that this may not always be feasible every time therefore please expect to pay the full mileage at each visit.

Cancellation Charge - I understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances cancellation of your appointment is unavoidable, therefore if you need to cancel or alter your appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice by phone to ensure that your request is acknowledged. To ensure that the most cost effective service possible is provided, multiple appointments are booked for the same day thus allowing me to pass on mileage savings to my clients. If less than 48 hours notice is given then the full visit fee per horse may be charged. Please note that by booking your appointment you are agreeing to these terms and all non payment will be pursued.

Hoof Care Products - I am an authorised supplier of RedHorse Hoof Care products and can supply these at the time of consultation or by post (standard Royal Mail postal charges apply). Please contact me 24 hours prior to your consultation to ensure that the required items are available.

Although I carry a small number of other hoof care items with me, Clan Trax, PHW, Sole Mates and other materials can be purchased direct from the following suppliers. Please note that AEP Supplies is the only UK authorised supplier. There are many other websites claiming to stock the same products but their authenticity cannot be guaranteed:
